7.1. Monitoring And Safeguarding Of The Funds And Digital Assets Collected

7.1.1. PROCEDURES FOR COLLECTION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE DIGITAL ASSETS

Blockchain Valley SAS decided to raise digital assets in USDC, however in case of USDC not being available other digital currency can be announced, or even in exceptional cases, fiat will be allowed, always complying with regulatory frameworks.

  • When the Subscriber decides to pay in digital assets, the payment will be done by the Subscriber sending the equivalent USDC to the published price of the 4IR Token to the Multisig wallet address which will be stated at the onboarding and launching platform.

7.1.2. SYSTEM FOR MONITORING AND SAFGUARDING THE DIGITAL ASSETS

Whilst the Presale is on, all digital assets resulting from the sale will be kept in a Multisig e-wallet owned by BlockchainValley, ensuring the continuity of the system of monitoring and safeguarding. These digital assets may be used after the Presale after the monitoring by our Whitelisting team to ensure that the conditions for a proper KYC/AML are met.

7.1.3. RECIPIENT OF THE DIGITAL ASSETS

BlockchainValley SAS registered in Paris, France is the recipient of the digital assets in USDC.

7.1.4. CURRENCY EXCHANGE RISK MANAGEMENT AND INTENTION OF THE ISSUER TO CONVERT THE DIGITAL ASSETS INTO EUROS OR FOREIGN CURRENCIES;

The digital assets raised can be converted to Euros or USD at the Blockchain Valley SAS’s discretion.

Blockchain Valley SAS bears the risk that may arise from the conversion in any fiat currency of the digital assets raised during the Presale Offer to finance the Digital Platform.
